If love was a galaxy
Barred, spiral, irregular
You and I would be stars
Burning brightest in the Milky Way.
You would be the blazing Sirius
And I could be the blue – white Rigel
Or the red Betelgeuse
Or maybe the ones in the belt of the Orion
Where they find you, when they find me.
We are but stars from different constellations
Yet around the masquerade and the peek a boo of the moons,
Our love shall be the only constant.
